This 2-hour session focuses on understanding leadership’s role in peer support, fostering trust and confidentiality, allocating financial and organizational resources, and creating a culture that values mental wellness and team resilience. This 2-hour block can be attended separately (for leadership only), or as part of the 16-hour PST full course.
Leadership session participants will learn to:
- Understand leadership’s role in peer support.
- Support confidentiality and team trust.
- Provide organizational and financial backing for peer programs.
