The 3-day ICISF Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) / “Basic Peer Training” combines Assisting Individuals in Crisis (a 2-day course) and Group Crisis Intervention (another 2-day course) into a fast-paced 3-day certification referred to as “GRIN.”
